Tell us what you were trying to do, what happened instead, and which device you were using. If you include a screenshot, please remove names, email addresses, and other personal information first.

Please do not send passwords, payment details, children’s photos, or identity documents to our support inbox.

Privacy and data requests

Email support with a brief description of your request. We will explain the relevant next steps and any identity verification needed before acting on private account information. Do not include a child’s personal details in your first email.

Where can I download Meri Kahaani?

The app is still in development and is not yet publicly available on the App Store. When it is ready, we will update the app page with its availability and official download link.

Do I need an account to get in touch?

No. The email links above open your email app. You can also copy an address into your preferred email service.
