When you visit

This is an informational website. It has no account registration, advertising pixels, newsletter signup, or analytics scripts added by O&R Inc. We do not use this site to collect children’s profiles or generate stories. Fonts and artwork are served with the site, without third-party font or media embeds.

Hosting and technical information

Cloudflare hosts and protects this website. Delivering pages and detecting abuse can involve technical information such as your IP address, browser information, request time, and requested page. Cloudflare may process information in countries other than Canada. See Cloudflare’s privacy policy for its practices.

When you contact us

If you email us, we receive your email address, the contents of your message, and any information you choose to share. We use that information to respond, handle support or business enquiries, and keep relevant correspondence. Our company email addresses are routed through Cloudflare to a Gmail inbox; those providers process the message to deliver and store it.

We do not add people who contact us to a marketing list. Please avoid sending sensitive information or personal details about children. We keep correspondence as needed to handle the enquiry and meet applicable recordkeeping obligations.

Cookies and local storage

The website code does not set cookies or store information in your browser. Our hosting provider may use security measures that process technical information or set security cookies when necessary to protect the service.

Your questions and requests

You can contact us to ask about information you have sent us, request a correction, or request deletion. We may need to verify a request and retain information where required for legitimate recordkeeping or legal obligations.

App privacy is separate

Meri Kahaani is in development. Its app-specific privacy information will explain the app’s data practices before public release. Nothing on this page is a substitute for that policy.
